How flexible is the collaboration?
There is no long-term commitment. You decide when and to what extent you need support. Depending on availability, both regular and occasional support is possible.
How does billing work?
Billing is transparent and on an hourly basis. We agree the likely scope and priorities together in advance.
Is support at short notice also possible?
Yes, depending on availability, support at short notice is also possible. Just drop me a line and we will look at what is feasible together.
Which languages do you work in?
German and Swiss German as native languages, and English at C1 level. I provide customer communication and content in both languages.
Do you also work for clients outside Switzerland?
Yes. The collaboration is fully remote, so location does not matter. I work for clients in Switzerland, Germany, Austria and internationally.
