People have always mattered to me. I listen, think along and quickly understand what someone needs. That is not only a personal strength, it is the foundation of my work.

I bring over 15 years of experience in customer communication, around six of them in a B2B setting. I learned my feel for clients through direct contact. In inside sales and in self-employment, Salesforce, structured processes and independent order coordination were added to that.

Since 2024 I have worked remotely, supporting companies and the self-employed with customer communication, coordination and content, often in the role of a virtual assistant.
