People have always mattered to me. I listen, think ahead and quickly grasp what someone needs. That is not only a personal strength, it is the foundation of my work.
I bring over 15 years of experience in customer communication, around six of them in a B2B setting. I developed my instinct for clients through direct contact. Later, in inside sales and running my own business, I added Salesforce, structured processes and independent order coordination. In practice, I handled B2B new-client acquisition for an energy consulting firm and took charge of planning and coordinating their projects. Currently I guide website clients through onboarding.

Since 2024 I have worked remotely, supporting companies and the self-employed with customer communication, coordination and content.
